The walkthrough moves through each section. Diagnoses and Conditions lists ICD-10 coded entries — essential hypertension, primary open-angle glaucoma, headache syndromes — each with its code, its classification as chronic, follow-up or clinical event, and its active status. Medications lists all 74 records with their therapeutic group and CCSS code, paginated five at a time; the section's search box filters on "PARACE" and surfaces paracetamol and its combination with codeine, with the matching text highlighted. Allergies and Intolerances shows lovastatin and enalapril maleate. Immunizations opens with a pending annual vaccines notice and lists influenza, diphtheria-tetanus and bivalent COVID-19 with their date and batch number. Lab Results closes with the metabolic panel: ABO blood group normal, Rh factor not reported.
